VR: left stick to move; right stick to turn 30°. Hold the right trigger to aim, then release to teleport. Hold left Y for 1 second to return to the hallway; hold X for help. Eye height follows your headset floor calibration.

Desktop eye height is 1.65 m. Doors and furniture are fixed; use open doorways to move between rooms.
